Hollow Dune

A week-long ceramics examination, where we will build a temporary, wood-fired kiln with the See Lab community, London based artist Maria Roy Deulofeu and The Hague based designer Arjen Witteveen, experiment with clay sourced from Zeeland, and host a small exhibition with the resulting ceramic objects.

Hollow Dune is a continuation of Maria's Hollow Earth project, in which she dug a hole in the garden of her London based flat, processed the clay, built a kiln, and fired custom made ceramic objects in it.
